Form Mould & Tooling's Cleanroom Micro Moulding Cell is the answer to the growing demands in Micro Moulding. We supply Micro Injection Moulding services to customers from the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Electronics Industries to name but a few. Form Mould & Tooling are equipped to design and produce mould tools for the smallest of components, our micro-moulding cell can produce components down to weights of 0.1 grams. Miniaturisation of parts has become a trend around the world. Tool design is complicated for shot weights due to the minute nature of the moving parts involved. Great care must be taken to ensure there is no damage to the tool during production. When using the micro-moulding machine the polymer needs to be in the barrell for much less time compared to a standard machine, resulting in a far more accurate colour reproduction as the material is not over heating.
