Form Mould Tooling Ltd. (FMT) has secured a major contract to produce Micro Moulding Ceramics.  The rapidly expanding new market for 3D micro moulded ceramics has enabled FMT to strengthen its world class line up of high precision moulded products once again.  Although moulding ceramics is a relatively new area for FMT we are constantly investing in new equipment and have already seen huge interest in our ceramic moulding capabilities.

 

FMT have been asked by one of Europe’s largest suppliers of moulded Ceramic parts to develop and produce a high-tech valve for the use in human Voice boxes. FMT will produce both the complete micro-mould tooling and also the finished valves. The introduction of ceramic moulding at FMT means the company is one of few 3D micro-moulders and toolmakers in the Europe.
